This carving set has gone up in price since I purchased it a few weeks ago. At the time of purchase I considered the set rather expensive but still good value for money. I am not so sure now that the list price has increased by 25%. The carving knife feels secure when in use and the fork skewers any joint that is for carving. It is just a shame about the price increase.
