This **Lion Sabatier diamond sharpening steel** can sharpen any kitchen knife, and keep it sharp. The diamond particles in this sharpening steel remove material quickly, so your kitchen knives will be sharp again in no time! The length of the sharpening steel means you can easily sharpen kitchen knives that are up to 25 cm long.

## Use

Be careful not to apply too much pressure while sharpening! The diamond particles don't need much pressure to remove material. There's also a chance that you will force the sharpening particles off the surface, thereby damaging the sharpening steel irreparably. With proper use, however, this sharpening steel will last for years!
