This **Kizer Mini Sheepdog** is the small version of the original Kizer Sheepdog pocket knife. Thanks to its size it is perfect for daily use. Small and lightweight, so you hardly notice it in your pocket.

## Kizer Vanguard Mini Sheepdog blade

The blade is made from CPM 4V steel. An American type of powder steel that retains its sharpness well and can handle its own. Do, however, be careful, it is not completely corrosion resistant. The black PVD coating helps with this. You open the blade with the flipper or the thumb hole. You can easily remove the flipper with a T6 screwdriver. As such the knife looks a lot friendlier. When opened a liner lock keeps the blade in place.

## Kizer Vanguard Mini Sheepdog handle

The handle is made from red-coloured Richlite. This is a composite material from thin layers of paper, impregnated with synthetic resin and pressed together under high pressure. Because it was made from paper it is a lightweight material.

Das Messer ist einfach super, schade, dass es nicht unter §42a passt.

Couteau petit mais puissant, comme Ajax. Les plaquettes en Richlite amènent de la fraîcheur, le toucher est sympa bien que cela reste une matières très dure/compacte.

Le 4V a l'air bien traité, j'ai acheté ce couteau uniquement pour tester l'acier. Je lui en fait voir de toutes les couleurs et l'acier réagit super bien aux impacts et torsions. 

Je recommande de retirer le flipper qui gêne pas mal lorsque l'on referme le couteau. Le linerlock était un peu faiblard et j'ai eu un désengagement involontaire, mais je pense que mon exemple est une exception, ce ne m'étais jamais arrivé sur un kizer et retordre un peu le liner a suffit à régler le problème.

Prachtig design, gave kleuren en opent zo smooth als het maar zijn kan. Het geluid alleen al! Voordeel aan dit mes is dat de flipper demontabel is en je alleen het duimgat kunt gebruiken.
Kwam super scherp uit de doos, niets aan hoeven doen.

Niet voor alledaags gebruik, maar wel een lust voor het oog en een aanwinst in de verzameling. 

En zoals altijd de volgende dag in huis.
