The **Kizer Vanguard Begleiter XL** is a large and affordable pocket knife for daily use. The handle is slim and offers enough grip thanks to the coloured micarta. The blade is made from 154CM-steel. This is a stainless type of steel from the United States. It has excellent sharpness retention and is also easy to sharpen.

You open the Begleiter with the thumb studs. The blade opens smoothly and when opened, it is kept in place by a button lock. The steel liners between the micarta handles add solidity to the frame. Which means you can always rely on your knife, even for the more demanding tasks.

Très bon grand couteau pliant. Très bonne action du Crossbar Lock et du flipper.

La compre por consejo de un amigo...muy buena calidad, aunque tengo que acostumbrarme al seguro, y no descarto modificarlo un poco para que sea más difícil activarlo involuntariamente. 
La única nota negativa es para la empresa de trasporte GLS... últimamente, solo puedo hablar negativamente de sus tiempos de envío, y de la falta de actualizaciones del estado del envío.
Recurrí a la ayuda del personal de Knivesandtools, y he de decir, que han sido muy amables y rápidos, en concreto le doy las gracias a Fabiola, que me informó lo que pudo, aunque en este caso, el problema no era suyo, sino de GLS.

The only negative note is for the transport company GLS... lately, I can only speak negatively about its shipping times, and the lack of shipping status updates.
