The **Hogue EX-03** is a sleek pocket knife, designed by custom knife maker Allen Elishewitz. The scales are made from polymer, a solid plastic. These scales serve as the frame of the knife: there are no liners. As such the handle is nice and lightweight.

The 154CM steel blade is enhanced with a stonewashed finish. This reinforces the bold look and feel of the knife. The edge is razor-sharp upon delivery and enhanced with a slight mirror edge in the factory.

When opened the blade is locked by a solid button lock. For this mechanism you simply press the button on the side of the handle to unlock the knife. As such your fingers never come close to the blade as you close it. This button lock is enhanced with an additional lock which you can use when the knife is opened. With it you lock the button lock. The pocket clip is mounted for tip-down carry, but with a good Torx-8 screwdriver you can also mount it tip-up.
