Compact mandolin with V-shaped cutting edge to cut slices and julienne strips

This **GEFU VIOLI 2.0 Julienne V-Slicer** is a practical slicer to slice vegetables. The mandolin has a cutting blade with five adjustable cutting thicknesses: from 1 mm to 5 mm. As such you decide how thick you want the slices or strips to be. In addition, the VIOLI 2.0 has two inserts with which you can cut Julienne strips of 3 or 6 millimetres thick!

 To avoid putting your fingers at risk, the vegetable slicer comes with a 'pusher'. Place the vegetables in the pusher, after which you safely push the vegetables over the blade. This also guarantees a nice result!

 The end of the GEFU VIOLI 2.0 vegetable slicer has two non-slip feet. The slicer does not slide away, but is stable on the counter top or on the cutting board during the cutting process. The Violi is made from ABS plastic with a stainless steel edge and Japanese steel blades. Completely dishwasher-safe, so the vegetable slicer can be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
