The **Fissler Cenit 28 cm frying pan** is the perfect pan when you are looking for a large, affordable and decent frying pan for on your gas stove or electric cooking hob. The pan is enhanced with a heat-proof plastic handle, but other than that completely made from aluminium. As such the pan weighs next to nothing.


## Fissler Cenit pans


The pans from the Fissler Cenit collection are top-quality pans for an amazing price. The aluminium pans are light-weight and produced in Italy. In addition, they are enhanced with a sustainable three-layer PTFE non-stick coating. Because of the raised edges the pans are incredibly versatile. Great when preparing a nice piece of meat or preparing an extensive one-pot meal!


The Fissler Cenit pans are enhanced with an ergonomically shaped and heat-proof handle for a comfortable and safe grip during use.


**Be careful** not to use metal spatulas or metal serving spoons! Both can damage the non-stick coating.


**Fissler Cenit and Cenit Induction**
The collection is comprised of two different options. The standard Cenit pans and the Cenit induction pans. The standard Cenit pans are suited for gas stoves and electric cooking hobs. The Cenit Induction pans are, in addition to an aluminium body, enhanced with a steel base. As such the pans can also be used on induction hobs.
