The **Fissler Adamant Classic 100-800-32-100-0 wok 32 cm** is a large, unique and remarkable wok. The non-stick coating contains silicon carbide, making it extremely robust and scratch-resistant. ## Fissler Adamant pans

The Fissler Adamant pans are enhanced with raised edges and a large cooking surface. Perfect when roasting a piece of meat or preparing a stew. The ergonomic handle remains cool during use. 

## Top-quality CookStar base

In addition to the hard non-stick coating the Adamant collection is enhanced with a famous Fissler CookStar base. The thick, 6 mm, base has a high thermal conductivity. The result is that the pans quickly heat up, evenly distribute the heat and also retain it for a long time. This base can be used on all different heat sources. As such the Fissler Adamant pans can also be used on induction hobs. Because of the thick CookStar base you can easily switch between different heat sources. Without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with less quality pans.

## Why a scratch resistant non-stick coating?

A non-stick coating is incredibly practical. It is easy to clean and nothing will stick to the base as you prepare meals. In time a non-stick coating can become damaged.
