The **Farfalli T10 Light T010.12 Bronze Aluminium** is a stylish and functional Italian sommelier knife with a two-step lever mechanism. This sommelier knife includes a bottle opener, capsule cutter and a corkscrew. The ribbed back of the handle not only adds style, but also makes it extra grippy. The bronze colour of the aluminium handle gives this sommelier knife a sophisticated look.

## Farfalli T10 Light materials

The handle is made of aluminium, providing strength and ensuring a light weight. The capsule cutter and spiral are made of hardened, stainless AISI 420 steel for additional durability. The lever is made of stainless steel with a nice, polished finish. 

## How to use a Farfalli sommelier knife

Remove any dust or moisture on the outside of the bottle to prevent slipping. Then use the capsule cutter to cut away the capsule around the neck. Put the bottle on the table, place the spiral in the centre of the cork and twist it gently. Don't turn the spiral down too far! This might cause the cork to tear. Instead, place the lever on the rim of the bottle and gently pull out the cork. With 2-step sommelier knives, you will then place the second part of the lever around the neck of the bottle to remove the cork in its entirety.
