This beautiful pocket knife is a foldable alternative to the traditional Scandinavian Puuko-knife. The EnZo Birk 75 outdoor knife looks very slim and can easily be used with the thumb stud. The blade locks with a solid liner-lock. The Birk 75 lies comfortably in the hand and is excellent for everyday use due to its compact size. 




The blade is made of D2 tool steel with a scandi-grind. This steel type has a high carbon content making it possible to sharpen to an incredibly sharp result. Because of the carbon, the blade is not completely stainless and does take a little of looking after. The handle is made of carbon fiber which gives it a luxurious look. The pocket clip is placed so the knife can be carried inside your pocket really deep.

Hallo,
ich war auf der Suche nach einem EDC-Messer mit folgenden Anforderungen:
-klein aber brauchbar
-leicht aber stabil
-Scandi-Schliff
-Robuster Schnitthaltiger Stahl

Alle Anforderungen erfüllt das Enzo Birk 75 D2 zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist super.
Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt dann denn leichten Grad am Hosenklipp (der ist aber mit einem feinen Sandpapier im nu entfernt)

Die Mechanik arbeitet super leichtgängig und zuverlässig.
Trotz des eher Eckigen Design liegt es gut in der Hand.
Der Klingenrücken ist schön Scharfkantig um damit schaben zu können oder für den Feuerstahl.

Die Anlieferschärfe ist unglaublich.
So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht gesehen.
Eine Rasur ist damit möglich.

Wer ein gutes Alltagsmesser sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Ik zocht een Scandi grind zakmes in koolstof staal.
De Enzo Birk 75 in D2 staal is precies dat.  Het mes voelt goed aan in de hand. Hout snijden, carving, gaat fantastisch.  Controle is geweldig met dit mes. Het lemmet is prachtig gecentreerd in het handvat.
Mooi diepe pocketclip,  hoewel ik hem persoonlijk te dik vind voor EDC.
Als alternatief voor je vaststaand (bushcraft) koolstof stalen mes, of tweede mes voor licht houtsnijwerk is de Enzo Birk een goede keus.
De rug is lekker scherp zodat je het ongeopend kunt gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld met een ferrocerium staafje of om schors te verwijderen. 
Fijn mes. 


Voor het eerst een mes gekocht met een scandi snede. Er  zijn wel meer messen op dit gebied maar met name de prijs sprak mij wel aan.
Geen moment spijt van gehad. De afwerking is uitstekend. Het mes is mooi gecentreerd en vlijmscherp en het mes komt ook echt over als een goed zakmes. Totaal niet agressief.
Echt een uitstekende kwaliteit.
Ik ga van dit merk zeker meer messen kopen.

Vraiment bien fini à part la fine couche de carbone sur le g10 qui fait du coup et peu chips (ça aurait mérités des plaquettes entièrement en carbone avec un tressage plus rigoureux et moins rugueux.)
Le liner claque super bien mais un peu dure a attraper.
La lame, est pour celui que j'ai reçu, comme un mora en sortie de boîte... rasoir.
Le clip poche bien pensé, rien ne dépasse.
Contant de mon achat et du service clients de knivesandstools.

Dieses Messer habe ich mir bereits zum zweiten Mal gekauft. Die Verarbeitungsqualität (Made in Taiwan), die verwendeten Materialien (D2 Klingenstahl mit guter Wärmebehandlung, echtes Carbon, kein Carbon Laminat) machen das Birk 75 in der Preisklasse bis 100€ nahezu konkurrenzlos. Ein echter Geheimtip auf dem Messermarkt.
