This **de Buyer Choc 5 saute pan 28 cm** looks like a frying pan, but one with a high, straight edge. You use the pan to roast meat, fish or vegetables. Because of the high, straight edge you also easily sear the edges of your meat. But the pan is more versatile than that! You can also use to prepare eggs or potatoes. Or to heat up left-overs.


## Cleaning the de Buyer Choc 5 pans


After use wash the pan by hand. Warm water and some mild detergent will do the trick! Afterwards immediately dry the pan to maintain its shine. You cannot clean this pan in the dishwasher because it will cause irreparable damage to the pan.


**Please be careful** with metal cooking utensils because they can damage the non-stick coating. As such you should always use a spatula made from wood or plastic. 


**Please note:** These pans cannot be used on induction hobs.
