The **CRKT Curfew White 2867** is a fancy pocket knife with a nice story. The Curfew is namely designed by Russ Kommer and his 8-year-old granddaughter. After she showed him one of her sketches. Soon after they got to work to make that sketch come to life. The result is great! The Curfew is a decent pocket knife for daily use. But also as a functional gentleman's knife it can handle its own. The name of the knife refers to this remarkable moment that Russ Kommer and his granddaughter shared.

Hidden in the handle is the, by Ken Onion designed, assisted opening mechanism. The assisted opening ensures that you can quickly open the knife with the flipper. This mechanism is namely enhanced with a spring that supports you when you open the knife. Because of the IKBS ball bearings it moves really well. When opened a linerlock will lock the blade. The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV steel. A decent type of steel that is easy to sharpen.

The handle is comprised of white scales with black aluminium bolsters. As such it is in nice contrast with the rest of the knife, making it look like a tuxedo. You can discreetly carry the knife in your pocket with the deep-carry pocket clip.
