The **Cold Steel Hold Out III** is a compact pocket knife. The blade is enhanced with a so-called full-flat grind. Because it isn't enhanced with steel liners and cut-outs in the handle this knife is very lightweight. Great for daily use. 

As we have grown accustomed to from Cold Steel this knife has been enhanced with the rock-solid Tri-Ad lock. A lock that is impossible to move. The blade is made from American CPM S35VN steel and the handle is made from G10.

The great thing about the Hold Out 3 is that it is great for both left and right-handed use. The openings mechanism, the lock and the pocket clip are completely the same, whether you are a left or right-handed user.

Eigentlich ein tolles Messer! Gute Größe, gutes Gewicht, gute Klinge, sehr ergonomischer Griff, super Handlage!

Leider öffnet die Klinge per Daumenpin nur sehr schwer.
Die Entriegelung des Tri-Ad-Locks erfordert auch einen sehr kröftigen Druck.

Und der Clip ist zu straff. Es ist mir nicht möglich das Messer an die Hosentasche einer Jeans zu clippen.
