This **Chef's Choice sharpening module** is a replacement part for the [Chef's Choice Professional Diamond Sharpener 2000](/en/pt/-chefchoice-cc2000-knife-sharpener.htm). This module is only suited for this specific machine!

After approx. 3000 to 5000 times using the module you might notice that it is starting to wear out. The sharpening discs will still work, but the sharpening process will take approx. three times longer, because the discs remove less material. The type of knives, their condition and the amount of pressure you apply are important factors that affect the life of the sharpening module.
