The **Brisa Bobtail 80 Flat Curly Birch** is a compact knife with a solid full-tang construction and a brown canvas micarta handle. The knife was designed for various purposes. From gutting game to using it as a light-weight hiking knife. Because of its low weight of 80 grams you can easily take it with you, no matter where you go!

## Brisa Bobtail 80 handle

The handle is made from curly birch from the root of a birch tree. Because of the complex pattern in the handle, each knife is unique. Thanks to the relatively large handle the knife feels great in hand. All due to the fact that the end of the handle is broader and therefore nicely fills the palm of your hand. 

The back of the handle contains a lanyard eye with a diameter of 5 mm. Great when securing a piece of paracord to make sure you can quickly take your knife from its sheath. Do make sure you hang the knife around your neck in the sheath, not via the lanyard eye. As such it will always be safely secured in the sheath.

## Brisa Bobtail 80 blade

The blade is made from stainless Sandvik 12c27 steel and is enhanced with a flat grind. With a flat-grind, the blade is very thin at the edge, which makes for a razor-sharp knife with which you can easily cut through a piece of string, for example. In addition, the blade runs throughout the entire handle. The so-called full-tang construction.

een erg fijn mesje. ik gebruik het als nekmes bij bushcraft en ook steeds vaker thuis in het huishouden. mooi scherp geleverd, erg handig voor allerlei karweitjes en bij bewerken van eten, zeker met deze flat grind versie. heel tevreden en met een leuke prijs

Superbe petit couteau. Après une légère reprise du fil et un passage au cuir, on obtient un tranchant rasoir de première qualité. J'ai aussi adouci les arrêtes du manche, avec une finition au 500 et un traitement à l'huile de lin, et tout est parfait, avec une grande douceur au toucher... Au regard du prix, de la qualité des matériaux, d'assemblage, de la géométrie de la lame et du manche , de la qualité de l'étui en cuir, et du peu de temps qu'il m'a fallu pour le mettre à mon goût !!! Il est parfait !!! Je le recommande à 300 pour 100.
