The **Brisa Bobtail 80 Black Micarta** is a compact outdoor knife, designed to serve many different purposes. It can be used to gut game, or as a lightweight hiking knife. With its low weight of only 80 grams it is namely the perfect companion to take with you wherever you might go.

## Brisa Bobtail 80 handle

The handle is made from micarta. A composite material that is comprised of linen and synthetic resin. The textile fibres expand a little when wet. As such you have even more grip over the knife. Great to use and it doesn't ask for any maintenance. The knife feels great in hand, especially for such a small knife. Because of the broad baee of the handle the balance is placed far back. As such the knife feels solid in hand, giving you a lot of control. The base of the handle is enhanced with a hole with a diameter of 5 mm. Great when attaching some paracord.

## Brisa Bobtail 80 blade

The full-tang knife is enhanced with a blade made from stainless Sandvik 12c27 steel. Because of this steel and the full-tang construction the knife is very solid. The knife is enhanced with a flat grind. This means the blade has been ground on one plane from the spine to the edge. As such it is nice and thin behind the edge, making it a razor-sharp knife.
