The **Böker Plus Subcom 2.0 01BO528 Blackwashed D2, Orange G10** is the updated version of the original Böker Plus Subcom designed by Chad Los Banos. It is a short, slender pocket knife which still fits firmly in hand thanks to its width and shape. The knife is very lightweight, so you hardly notice you're carrying a knife with you. The blade can be opened and closed with one hand. The ridges for the thumb and the curve for the index finger ensure the knife is easy to control.




The Böker Plus Subcom 2.0 01BO528 Blackwashed D2, Orange G10 pocket knife, Chad Los Banos design is a compact EDC knife in the colour orange. With its blade length of 5 cm, it's a modest pocket knife that effortlessly fits inside your pocket. You can also notice this in the weight of 65 g. You'll barely notice you're carrying it with you!



You can easily open the Böker Plus Subcom 2.0 01BO528 Blackwashed D2, Orange G10 pocket knife, Chad Los Banos design with one hand using the thumb stud. This knife is equipped with teflon washers, ensuring the knife runs smoothly. Once opened, the sturdy frame lock ensures that the blade is locked and won't unintentionally snap shut.



## Blade made of D2 steel
The blade of the Böker Plus Subcom 2.0 01BO528 Blackwashed D2, Orange G10 pocket knife, Chad Los Banos design is made of D2. This is a tool steel that has been used for all kinds of cutting tools since World War II. It is tough, easy to sharpen and retains its sharpness very well. Do take care around moisture and acids; D2 is not entirely stainless. It may discolour or even rust if not properly taken care of. Therefore, it's important to clean and dry the blade after use, and a drop of oil every once in a while can't hurt.



The blade features a blackwashed finish. For this finish, the blade is first finished with a coating, then tumbled. This makes the blade look like it has been around for a while, kind of like jeans. A big advantage of this is that traces of use will be much less noticeable.
