With a 7.5 cm 440C-steel blade these knives are perfect for daily use. 440-steel is a decent type of steel that is corrosion resistant. It is for a reason that this material is used by Böker for many years. It can, however, occur that in time the blade will become a bit blunt. Don't worry, 440C steel is easy to sharpen!
